Sr. Lois is an Ursuline sister and is on the Provincial Team of the Central Province of the Ursuline Sisters of the Roman Union. Sr. Lois’s career in Ursuline ministry began in 1966, spanning nearly six decades of dedicated service in Catholic education. She has served as a teacher, principal, and president at Ursuline schools across multiple states, including Missouri, Illinois, Louisiana, and Texas. Most recently, Sr. Lois was Director of Mission and Heritage at Ursuline Academy in Dallas where she guided the school’s mission of empowering women through education, holistic formation and service.

Sr. Mary Ann is an Ursuline sister and a graduate of a former Ursuline school, Marquette High School in Alton, IL. Education has been Sr. Mary Ann’s life-long profession, particularly in theology and youth formation. Beyond the classroom Sr. Mary Ann has held multiple leadership roles within the Central Province, helping to guide strategy and daily operations. Sr. Mary Ann recently retired as theology teacher at Ursuline Academy in Kirkwood, MO.

John is Executive Vice President at DuraTech Processes, an industrial services business based in the DFW metroplex. Prior to joining DuraTech in 2021 John spent 20 years in finance at Duff & Phelps and its predecessor firm Growth Capital Partners. John was on the Board of Ursuline Academy of Dallas and served as its Chairman for 2 years. John’s wife and two daughters attended Ursuline in Dallas.

Margaret is Partner at the law firm of Tueth Keeney in St. Louis where she serves as Chairperson of the Firm’s Management Committee and President of the Firm. Margaret’s primary practice areas are education law, employment law, and litigation. Margaret is a graduate of Ursuline Academy of Kirkwood, MO, and previously served on its Board of Trustees.

Megan is the Global Treasurer and President of EY Global Finance. A partner at EY since 2005, Megan has over 30 years of business experience. She is a former member of the Board of Directors for EY’s captive insurance company (Gloucester) and was the Chairman of the US firm’s Retirement Investment Committee. Megan holds an MBA in finance from the University of Chicago Booth Graduate School of Business and a BA in economics/accounting from the College of the Holy Cross. She is a graduate of Ursuline Academy in Dedham, MA., and was formerly a member of their Board of Trustees.

Vicky is a graduate of Ursuline Academy of Dallas and has been involved in a variety of roles over the past 40 years. In addition to serving multiple terms on the Board of Trustees and Alumnae Board, Vicky has led capital campaigns, participated in search committees, and headed auctions. Vicky is a CPA and, after starting her career at KPMG where she became the first female audit manager in the Dallas office, she joined Southwest Media as its CFO. Vicky is the mother of two Ursuline graduates.

James is President of Lebanon Valley College (LVC), a private liberal arts institution in Annville, Pennsylvania. Prior to taking that role in 2020, James was Provost of St. Xavier University on Chicago, and earlier was Dean of Tulane-Newcomb College at Tulane University. James has served on the Board of Trustees at Ursuline Academy in New Orleans. His three daughters all graduated from Ursuline in New Orleans.

Tom is a seasoned financial advisor and wealth management professional based in Dallas, Texas. He has built a distinguished career at Merrill Lynch Wealth Management (a division of Bank of America), where he has served since 1994—spanning over 30 years of dedicated service in the industry. Tom served on the Board of Trustees of Ursuline Academy in Dallas, where he was Chair for two years. Tom’s two daughters graduated from Ursuline in Dallas.

Eugene serves as the VP, Human Resources, Regulatory, Safety, and Security for Louisiana Offshore Oil Port, LLC (LOOP) in Covington, Louisiana—a critical facility managing the United States’ only deepwater crude oil port. Prior to LOOP, Eugene held various human resources and facility engineering positions at Chevron Exploration and Production, Inc. Eugene is past Chair of the Board of Trustees of Ursuline Academy in New Orleans. Eugene’s daughter is a graduate of Ursuline in New Orleans.

Regina retired after a distinguished career in financial services, culminating in her role as Head of Shared Services at Fidelity International in Boston. In this executive position, Regina oversaw a broad spectrum of operational functions, driving efficiency and innovation across the organization’s global footprint. Regina is a graduate of Ursuline Academy of Dedham, MA and is a past Chair of its Board of Trustees.

Erin is Senior Vice President of Strategy for McCarthy Building Companies where she shapes competitive strategies, fosters innovation in project delivery, and drives shareholder value across markets. Erin is an advocate for women in the construction industry, including McCarthy’s Partnership for Women, and is also actively involved with Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) and St. Louis Children’s Hospital’s Development Board. Erin and her daughter are graduates of Ursuline Academy in Kirkwood, MO.

Sr. Maureen has served as provincial for the Ursuline sisters of the Eastern Province since July 2020. Throughout her years, Sr. Maureen has been involved in both provincial and interprovincial service, and has taught in Ursuline schools in Springfield, MA, Malone NY, and Wilmington DE. Her other ministries included parish ministry, Hospice chaplaincy, formation work, as well as working with an NGO organization at the United Nations. Sr. Maureen has served on all three boards of Ursuline schools in the East: Ursuline Academy, Wilmington DE, The Ursuline School, New Rochelle, and the Academy of Mt. St. Ursula, Bronx, NY as well as numerous civic boards where she was located.
